    Activate GoldWord - How do I enter my license?

    Automatic license installation - available with GoldWord versions 1, 2 & 3

    Please select the "install license on this computer" and enter the code, during the installation process, a key number will automatically feed into your license archive and on restarts GoldWord is activated.

    Manual license installation here to send a request to our support team.

    Manually enter your user name and license code, exactly as they appear in the confirmation letter you received from us.

    It is recommended to copy & paste the details from the confirmation email in order to avoid mistakes.

    Checking my license status.

    Licenses status is displayed in the configuration's Licenses tab.
    •  I n your system tray - right click the GoldWord icon
    •  C hoose Configuration
    •  Choose the Licenses tab
    •  Licenses status displayed.

    Receiving warnings and messages asking to purchase

    License Warning Regarding the GoldWord Software:
    Case 1: You did not enter you username and license code.
    Please find your license information in the purchase confirmation email, which was sent from GoldWord to the email that you specified during your purchase process.

    How to enter License?

    • Right click on the GoldWord icon (at the bottom of your screen, near the system clock).
    • Choose "Enter License..."
    • Enter the registration details as listed in the confirmation email you have received. It is recommended to copy & paste the details from this email in order to avoid mistakes.

    Case 2: License warning regarding a specific translation language:
    Your trial period for the specified language has expired. You need to update your license.


    If you do not wish to update the dictionary, in order to stop receiving these warning messages you can uninstall GoldWord by: Exit GoldWord , go to "My Computer --> Control Panel --> Add/Remove Programs", select 'GoldWord ' by clicking on it, and choose 'remove'.

    How to enter License?

    To renew your license please visit GoldWord 's online store.
    An annual subscription to GoldWord

    Selection from multiple language, with the ability to minimize your language options and reducing the price of your purchased product

    If you do not wish to purchase online you can contact us through the email or Fax and our sales support will return to you as soon as possible email
    Private licences are limited up to 5 licenses, business customer are limited above 6 licenses.

    Bought a new computer / formatted my computer, what should I do?

    In order to enjoy GoldWord 3 on your new computer, all you have to do is download the installation file from here.
    During the GoldWord installation process you will be prompted to enter your registration details: username & license code.If you need further assistance, click here to send a request to our support team.

    I get an expiry message!

    It appears that your setup file or the licenses you are currently using were not created by GoldWord Ltd

    1. You can Uninstall GoldWord by: Exit GoldWord , go to "My Computer --> Control Panel --> Add/Remove Programs", select 'GoldWord ' by clicking on it, and choose 'remove'.

    2. Reinstall GoldWord , and use the licenses you purchased from GoldWord.ltd
